The staff welcomed me with a fresh coconut. the breakfast buffet included a different noodle soup each day. i also liked the local art decorations in the hotel. They felt warm.
The gym lacked some equipment. I didn't see any trainers available.

the staff was professional and friendly. linda at check-in was very helpful (i was impressed). the breakfast was also a highlight of my mornings.
The walls were thin, and i could hear a lot of noise. this did affect my sleep. the room had several odor enhancers which was odd. I wondered what they were masking.

The staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to help. Hao, in particular, was very attentive, the door was opened each time I returned. He even managed all the luggage for my airport trip. The location is central. Food options abound, and most attractions are within walking distance..
The room faced a busy intersection, traffic noise was constant. I slept with earplugs, yet the thin doors allowed hallway sounds to filter through, somewhat disruptive.

I HIGHLY recommend this spot. The staff was friendly, and check-in was FAST. My room had SO MANY extra treats like various tea flavors. I also liked that they provide refillable water bottle stations to help protect the environment.
A minor issue, though worth mentioning, I noticed a bit of noise from a nearby bar late into the night.

I stayed in a beautiful twin room, and it had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was great and made mornings easier. the gym included a decent amount of equipment. I counted three treadmills.
a minor point is that bottled water wasn't provided unsealed, so it came in glass bottles.
